If you are using FirFox (as you should be for this site) you can increase the size of the font site wide by hold down the Ctrl key and scrolling your mouse wheel.

Hi Georgie Yes thank you i know how to do that but it puts everything out of proportion, it is not just me i know several people who are having difficulties with it
