In Dark Matter Dice I just got: Congratulations, You just set the all-time high score!

... does that just mean it's MY all-time high score? I highly doubt no one else has gotten a score of 85 on there before, since that was my only real time even playing the game, but for curiosity's sake thought I'd ask to be sure.

Yeah, I think you're right. I knew the high scores were cumulative, just wasn't sure about the 'all-time' thing and thought that maybe they actually kept track of the highest score achieved in a single game. Likely not though.
