When you're looking to change a pet's colour and not its species, you'll need a Potion rather than an elixir. So you have: [item2=Angelic Potion]

some colors are only available via special means, in the case of the Angelic Potion, it's a Cash Shop item. For this reason, there aren't any elixirs for those colors. To see which colors are like that, look at teh Frequently Asked Questions thread in this same subforum.
