Yes. There is a limit.

But it's high enough that the average user doesn't have to worry about it.

sigh Phew. -_- I think they should just tell you "You're at the limit" instead of reset it though. If some old player actually does get to the limit... and has only 1 left... all that hard work is gone.

Unless there has been a very recent change, it doesn't go back to 1. It simply removes the overage.

Georgie is right. It removes the excedent. You don't go back to one.
