I'm not sure, because I've never gotten Snowflaik, but try clicking on it in your inventory and see if there's an option to give it to Jaxon. If not, go back to the pumpkin patch and look there.

If you go back to the Pumpkin Patch with it in your inventory it should give you an option to return it to him. (:
