This new layout has me completely lost, I know this is a really stupid question to ask but once someone points it out I'll probably notice that it's been blindingly obvious.

The tabs up there are also links. C: Prefs>Forum Options

All I see is Customise Sidebar and Edit Profile.

Click on the word 'Prefs'. It's a link.
