how do i get wizard tokens?

You get them by completing Wizard Quests in the Sacred Lands.. or you can buy them from user shops.

Doing Wizard Quests is the usual way, though you can buy them from player shops, or get them as a reward from the once-in-a-blue-moon Oracle quest.

You can also get them from random events, but that's a somewhat rare occurrence.
