you'll only get the referral if they put your name in the referred by: box when they sign up though.

This is the hardest part of getting referrals. :/ There's no reason for a "referral linK" if it doesnt work, if its MANUAL.

Not true, if they follow your link it saves your username in a cookie and remembers it on login, I'm pretty sure. I'll check though.

I'm saying this because i tried to register clicking my own banner (just to test), and the referral box was blank D:
