My sister is interested in making an account on Subeta, but we live in the same house. She has her own computer, but I'm still not sure how the rules for this work. I know multiple accounts are forbidden, but can family members still join--and if they can, are we allowed to interact and give gifts or sticker each other? Thanks. :)

hi! My boyfriend just signed up today and we use the same computer.

After she makes her account, one of you needs to make a ticket in the help center asking them to make a note on your accounts that more than one person is on the same computer

We both have our own computers..But we use the same internet connection/IP address. So would we still need to make a ticket?

Yes, you should, just to avoid any confusion. And you just make an @ symbol, then put someone's username after it.

File a ticket anyway. Just let them know that you're using the same internet connection and it'll be all good.

And to ping someone you just have to use an at sign, with the username right behind it. No spaces.

Hannah, generally yes it is. However, it's best you limit item and other transactions so they aren't excessive. Once you make your Ticket I or another User Admin will be happy to assist you with this. =)
