How does one get a pet to be Galactic?

Go to Coda Caves at Atebus on the 6th or 7th of each month. Collect gems from the cave and get the guy there to bless your pet.

You go to the coda caves and press the option to "Bless my pet" or something like that. You need all the colored crytals for it, to get them, dig there...
