Not sure about your problem.... but... Just incase you are using Internet Explorer, try using a different browser like Firefox? I know IE can be crazy sometimes.

Yeah, Subeta doesn't really work that well on IE

Yeah, Subeta is supposed to be made to be used in Firefox the best, I think.

Try that if all else fails.
