What rarities do the items range from?

I think all treasure maps are rarity 150. :)

On wikibeta it says you get: * 9,000 to 15,000 sP AND * 5 rare items, frequently elixirs and minions AND * A secret avatar

Well the avatar is out, the site doesn't use them anymore so that's really outdated. You need it (turn in completed map) to get into the blue building though.
