well, u can start by sticking them onto friends, or u can stick them on random people, as long as u know their username.

Actually if you click on the "Add this sticker to a collection" (or whatever it's called XD) there should be an option both for giving the sticker to a friend and to a non-friend. However I heard it doesn't work if you don't have any friends on your buddy list, maybe that's the problem? ^^;
