Have at least 1 pet with an overall rating of 100 or more Can somenone tell me what it means??
It means that one of your pets, stats (strength, defence, health, level) has to add up to 100
, it doesn't include speed, but if you ever want to battle with your pet it's best if you train speed too.
...at least, it will be when the battle coliseum updates are done.

As the overall rating includes speed, I would guess it does include speed too actually

I was told by a UA that speed wasn't included for Blue Building purposes, but I can't put that to the test myself, it didn't exist when I gained access.

I know of a page that was implemented before speed was added ane yet it counts speed. It's called Overall Rating. And BB says it needs an overall rating of over 100
