They are minions, but if you collect each color and have them all in your inventory at once, you get an achievement. That's about it. :)

I believe they're minions, you can give them to your pets. Or just collect them because they're pretty.

Collect at least one of each one and get an achievement, and to collect and sell when event is over for $$
