When does the Token Shop restock? I'm after the reborn potion but every time I go to the token shop its sold out of everything in there

It restocks only rarely, and there'll be an announcement in the news when it first does-- then, throughout the rest of the day, it'll quietly restock a few more times.

Reborn Potions had a massive restock just recently, so it might be a while before they're stocked again.

There will be a news post when it restocks, but the items tend to sell out quickly. Most of the time, only a few different items are stocked at a time.

It restocks when a new item is released, but only this item and maybe some other new ones. Potions restock sometimes during the year and these restocks are announced in the news as well usually. It's basically useless to stalk for a potion if there is no news post that they will restock, just to tell you :)
