It removes snowballs from your HA =) It dissapears after using.

If someone throw a snowball at you and you want to get rid of it, you should use it, because it melts the snowball away :)

Doesn't the snowball go away after like an hour though?

it resets daily i think, just like the hex's did at morostide :)
