What determines which bobblehead you get when you buy stuff from the cash shop?

I believe it's random. ^_^

Some do seem to be more common than others, but I haven't noticed any discernable pattern despite having made quite a few purchases this month.

I seem to only get the ugly lovebug one :P So I thought it was because all I was buying was cgcs.
