I've been member for 3 years and 2 weeks now. I just got the long time member achievement, but where can I get my 2nd loyalty box?

I just got the achievement. Yes it says I've been member for 3 years, 2 weeks and one day

So an achievement and no loyalty box in your inventory? Perhaps it's best to fill in a ticket then, cuz there isn't much more I can think of :(
