You have to have an empty basket that float around the site and you can have them filled up when you go there.

Quite honestly, it's very disappointing. ^_^; You have an empty basket, and afterwards you have a Food-Filled basket. Nothing can really be done with it except I think you can feed it to your pet.

The Empty Arm Basket is what you get to fill it with food. I would buy the Filled Arm Basket because they are A LOT cheaper and it's not worth it buying the empty one.

The empty baskets were part of the Fireside event, I believe. They are no longer floating around the site now that that event is over.
