I don't think that is possible. But I am really curious as to why you would want to....

No, I don't think there is a way. But you can price everything in your shop as "0" and it won't show up in searches. :D

I'm not sure of what you mean, but you can change the shop type to Gallery in Edit Shop. This way, the items won't appear in the searches :/
