Are there set hours like Peka Glade...or is it hit and miss. Every time a new item comes out, I try for days with no luck. Many thanks! :D

It's completely and utterly random. When a new item is first stocked it usually restocks two or three times randomly during that first day. Other than that, restocks can take days, weeks or even months for large releases or Potion restocks.
