i haven't been able to use random for 5 hours

I'd suggest you to wait at least 24 hours and then make a Bug Report in the "Problems & Bugs" forum - I doubt that sending in a ticket would help in that case, since tickets go to User Admins who don't script the site. Bug Reports however will be read by the programmers. C:

yeah random is working for me so just ask for a ticket and i think that will help your problem!
