I only just discovered that after the initial batch you can have more than one batch of slots set up at the same time! I absolutely love this change (is it recent? This is the first time I've noticed it. Forgive me if it isn't a revamp and it's always been like that.)

OMG, it's the greatest. I had a three batch item and was able to slot both the second and third batches at the same time. I imagine it'll be majorly helpful for time limited releases.

I'm pretty sure this is how it's been ever since they set up the slot system; I know I made use of it a few times relatively early on. It can be very handy for sure!
