Is this one use? Or can I use it lot of times, to skip to lvl 50 of tem hunter?

You can only use it once. You'll need to purchase another if you want to skip the levels again.

eww..so, this is not a good idea, to spend lot of money just to save 10 days...

Is better make all the quests, and get some profit with it...
