you'll get your loyalty box when it says 2 years. You can try going to prefs though to see if you'll get it now.

You waited almost two years, I think you can wait a matter of hours. Anyways, it might be tomorrow for it to register. Or a matter of hours - just keep checking your prefs until then.

It does take a little while for it to register. Just keep checking prefs as mentioned above and it will happen.

I joined on December 29th, member for 5 years and 2 days and I didn't get my 5 year loyalty box. is there some place you go to get it? I thought the others just appeared.
