I've been earning a bunch of wizard tokens through the wizard quests, but when I go to the token shop, there's nothing stocked. At all. Is that a glitch, or does it just rarely restock? :O

It restocks only rarely. There's usually an announcement in the News when it does.

It restocks randomly. When a new item it introduced, or there's a massive stock, there will be a new post. There are various forum groups that can alert you to restocks, as well. :)
