I believe they might be an NPC-only item?

Non-Player Character. For Emma and Elwood and some other story characters all have accounts on Subeta, but they aren't regular players. So, this is Emma's account And her avatar consists of NPC-only items, that aren't available to regular players.

It's just like the

NPCs are non playable characters, which means characters like Melody or Jaxon, accounts with special avatars done by the staff to get events done and so on. NPC only items are items meant only to be worn by NPCs and not available for regular users.

There is an item that will give YOUR avatar freckles though!

Theres that and too it gives you more then face freckles [preview=Pixie Powder]

But yeah anything that says Jaxon, Emma, Calvin Blackmoon, ect. more then likely in NPC and not wearable for us. Alot of people WL it but its not a sellable item. They just have it in the all of wardrobe (Though I thought most was removed. last time I checked....) for the NPCs to wear I guess DX
