I am trying to read up on the Oracle but I am not finding anything on her in Subetapedia. She is not the only one that has no Bio. Can you help me with this?

Yeah, the staff are still working on the Subetapedia. Until they get there, you can check out Wikibeta, which has at least a little info on all the characters.
