Wasn't sure where to post this, but I just noticed an item I've had in my vault for months, a Deluxe Death Shard, is gone.

It's not in my- shop, gallery, inventory, trades, auctions, pets treasure or weapons.

I've had this item for a very long time, it's always been in my vault, and suddenly it's gone. Wtf?

You'll need to file a ticket to have a UA look into it.
