Since my question is related with this I'll add on here.. how do I get a chibi jollin? :3 Is chibi a new color or something? I've been a way for so long so I'm not very knowledgeable on recent happenings.

You buy a Chibi Potion, then use it on your Jollin. As far as I know, Chibi itself is not a new color, but it is for the Jollin, that recently came out.

The chibi colour has been around for a while. Just use one of these: They're available in the Millionaire Center or user shops. :)

You can also get a Jollin through a Jollin elixir or through the Adopt R Us :)
