For me, top of the list is Princess Bride. Also, Mystery Men. Sometimes, a couple of quotes from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves as well.

Sideways, for awhile there you couldn't get near a wine bottle without it being required to say the Marlow quote. Office Space was quoted a ton where I use to work.
