a cat on its tail be really cute and it has a white spot around its right eye so yeah :) instead of that its blue.

We already have a few feline pets , like the Tigeran , Feli and the Charlie . I think it's enough. :)

Seems like your asking for a basic house cat only with unique aspects. That's essentially what the Feli is, and we certainly don't need two of the same thing.

we dont need anymore cute pets, as much as i do love cats, it is sounds like a pretty idea (get on overlay for a feli i'd say). Id love to see more unpopular animals, like bugs. id love a snail/slug thing.
