Is there a way to see who adopted your abandoned pet?

You could search your pet's name, but other than that I don't believe there's a way.

Or if there are no super special characters in the pet's name, you can just type this in the url:
www.subeta.net/pets/PET NAME HERE
As far as I know, spaces and underscores work. It's a lot faster than search! You can also use this to search for available pet names. :D
