Where should i vend?

Is there any specificly good one?

or one i should defintly avoid?

Vending Guide Just go to whichever one is more likely to give you items you're looking for :)

do all of them have exclusive items and chance for donator item or just ocean depths

All of them have a chance of giving you donation/collection items (though it's rare), but as far as I know only OD has exclusive items :)

I prefer OD since it gives out clothes.
