Only the Citrus Charms Lime skirt can vend,(in OD, BTW) and that's not supposed to happen. When that line is retired, it won't happen anymore.

The Old Wizard will give out Subeautique items. Most of my Subeatique items came from my attempts to hoard Wizard Tokens.
