Wow, it really is inflated since the last time I saw it. Last time I looked up the price it was a few mil, as the Overall Average Price says. But I say, just try to get as much as possible :P

Around 5mil would be a good price to sell and pay :)

For buying I'd say 2M-3M, I remember having one sitting around at about 1.8M for a while a few months ago. If your selling, it doesn't hurt to price it higher, 5M probably would be a good starting point
