The higher your pet's intelligence the higher the chance of getting a job. It's not really worth it honestly. My pet has 784 intelligence and I only get 5K per day from there.

It's random weather or not you get the job, however, your pet's intelligence will increase the chance. :)

It's worth it for the achievements :)
