Which browser are you using? :s Kinda sounds like you're using IE...
IE? is that internet explorer if it is then yes but my friend is using it to but hers works
Neither of you should be using Internet Explorer. Nobody should, in fact. It's slow, unsafe, buggy, poorly coded, and generally one of the worst browsers available, if not THE worst. Switch to Firefox. Subeta is coded to work best with Firefox. (If you can't get Firefox, Safari or Opera are good alternatives.) :)
