I doubt that you'll receive an event for every vote, I rather think you only get a notice when your Pet has won the Pet Spotlight.

You do not get an event. I only knew that one of my pets was nominated because the person commented me. Then I checked the pets profile and noticed the message...

I want Felinah to be nominated...but I don't see any text at all about spotlight on her profile...does anyone else?
