it says Lumpy Fish is retired but i got it from the fishing game?

Also on occasions do items come out of retirement? Or once an item is retired the supply of the item will never go up?

Holiday items do come out of retirement sometimes. They can still be obtained thru giveaways like we just had in December. Sometimes they will also get released in the Fragging shop and ect.

I thought retired meant it just didn't restock anymore, but you could still possibly get it through other means ie fishing and giveaways
