NPC is Non Player Character, I believe. :)

NPC stands for "Non-Playable Character". These include the characters you see all over the site, like Saggittarius, Melody, Jaxon Skelly, ect.

You can learn about some of them at subetapedia You can also read about them at Subeta Wiki (which currently not working for me)
