Is there a vending machine or an item that might give these out? Was thinking how the pinatas give out things and the waterproof bag gives out plushies. Anyone know?

i don't think so unless the item fits what a machine vends. like oceans depth vends blue stuff.

I've been searching the machines and haven't gotten any yet. :P On a side note... I didn't know the waterproof bag gives out plushies. o,O
