In order to access the blue building you must do the following:

Obtain a blue building password

Ok, what am I supposed to do? I've refreshed blue building page a million times and no password for me :(

I'd say keep refreshing or going back. F5 refresh or the hard refresh which is CTRL+F5 I think it was..... but that is pretty weird

I think you just have to keep checking back there and eventually you will get one... try to get all the other requirements while you wait. Took me ages to get a password :P
