When Saggi was first released, I think there was a problem or something that made him really easy to beat...so they "broke" all the Lucents that had been released.

no clue how to price though, I don't think it has any use though except to look pretty.

I believe I sold mine for around 20mil, but that's already very, very long ago... I better didn't sell it by then and saved it though, seeing it has got rarer and rarer.
