well, its face can't be DELETED forever, but it can be removed. :3 It's very rare and it can only happen from Gabriel, the creepy face-cleaner.

-I'm pretty sure he only takes the paint off I've never heard someone say they have had that happen. Prove me something else if I'm wrong but....

You can however put alot of items on your HA to make it appear you don't have a face/head...Just have to use and make sure everything else is covered...IDK

Yeah, I've seen a picture of it. The mouth is a little x and the eyes aren't there. I can't find the image again though. :/ And even Gabriel himself says: "Sometimes I get a little carried away AND I MIGHT WASH YOUR WHOLE FACE OFF HAHAHAHAH... " :P
