Where would I go to find such a thing, and does it even exist/ if not, what would be your best method of approximating the list at any given time? I use Subetalodge and SubetaHQ, but often the notes/retired statuses do no update or sort out to be helpful for this.

Probably wouldn't be possible to find such a thing, considering all the items that have recently been unretired. Plus there's probably still some "retired" items now restocking.
