WELLS. Just got crackin' on XXI's backstory, which begins with how she meets her minion. C:

I've always had the intention of pulling some sort of underworldsy gambling story outta my butt for XXI, given that I named her with the game Blackjack in mind.

It's not much so far, but it's a start.
