I've got tokens to spend and I really want to get my wardrobe filled :P but I also want more money. Is ocean depth the best option?

Yes, go to the Ocean's Dept Vending Machine.

It gives a large variety of clothes.

I always go to the Ocean Depth for wearables, but the Frosty Claw and the Celebration Gift vending machines are giving out clothes too~ ^_^

Don't forget Dragon's Hoard for Sole Train items ^^

I don't like OD as most. Mostly because I don't need/want as many wears as most. However OD can get you can super rare items like a riptide if your super lucky.

I prefer Dragon's hoard and shining crane they seem to give out constantly good items.

It depends what type of wearables you are looking for, but yes, OD gives a lot of wearables
