Hey, Can someone please tell me, what this statue means, what those flowers are for, why everyone wants to be kissed and so on XD thx already^^

It is in memory of the love epidemic that took place last year for Valentine's. c:

We had a terrible disease last Valentines day the statue is in rememberance of that terrible event. and we kiss in good faith because the disease was contagious from person to person. And teh flowers is for all the friends we have who are still zombies
